Do you have the lowest prices?

We do not claim to, or attempt to, have the lowest prices for every product. We are able to offer substantial savings compared to the original instrument manufacturers for a high quality, fully compatible product. Some of our prices are lower than all our competitors, others may not be. What we do offer is genuine value for money. We do not compromise product quality in order to offer low priced products.

How can I save money?

We can offer many options to maximise value for money. Many of our more popular products are available in bulk packs at substantially lower prices. Grouping your orders together can save money on shipping costs - particularly if hazardous items are involved. Finally from time to time we do make special offers on our products - if you have not already done so join our mailing lists to receive these offers.

Can I get a discount for large orders?

Our bulk packs offer substantial savings for large users. If you need very large quantities additional discounts may be available - please enquire.

Do you charge for delivery?

Yes we do. We have a relatively simple and inexpensive tariff dependent on where in the world you are, the size of the shipment, if hazardous products are included, and how quickly you need delivery. Our sales staff will be happy to quote you the costs for delivery before ordering and can advise on the best way to keep delivery costs to a minimum.
