Can you deliver yesterday?

Almost! We do take great pride in our ability to deliver rapidly all over the world. The vast majority of our products are available from stock and we have established relationships with a selected few carriers who offer fast, efficient services worldwide. Most orders are shipped the following day - but if you make us aware that your order is urgent we can usually ship the same day provided we receive the order by 1pm UK time.

How quickly can you deliver to me?

Our sales staff can advise you of the delivery time to any destination for both our standard service and (in most countries) an accelerated service. We can reach most EU countries on a next day basis if required. Our distributors also maintain stocks and can deliver very quickly in their territories.

Can you deliver hazardous products?

With a few exceptions yes. Our staff are fully qualified in the safe packing of hazardous goods for export and we have many years experience of handling these products. Local laws in some countries prevent the importation of certain materials.

Where can you deliver?

Virtually anywhere. The only limitation being local restrictions on the importation of hazardous goods into certain countries.

Do you hold stocks (inventory)?

Our UK warehouse is stocked with high quality CRMs and consumables ready to ship to you, wherever you are in the world.

What do I do if the shipment is damaged or has items missing?

Inform both the carrier and us immediately. Retain the damaged packaging in case the carrier needs to see it. We will organise replacement goods and take care of the problem from there on.

What do I do if the shipment is incorrect?

Inform us and we will rectify the problem immediately.
